- Scholarships will be granted on financial need based on the applicant's family income from the preceding year. Financial information submitted is strictly confidential and will be shared only with club board members.
- The scholarship committee will process applications and notify the applicant's family within two weeks of receiving the application. The player's coach and manager will be notified if a scholarship is granted.
- Qualification for a scholarship will be based on a percentage of the median income in Dane County adjusted for size of household. Questions on level of income qualifying for scholarships should be directed to Brad Beinlich (608) 276-8224.

- club fees and deposit
- uniforms
- additional team expenditures
Partial Scholarship (A)
Partial Scholarship (B)
- The club is unable to provide travel expenses.
- The team coach and manager can provide a schedule of competitions and team travel for the upcoming season.
