some of the best teams from across Wisconsin and the Midwest at Reddan Soccer Park.
We have organized the tournament information to make your search as easy as possible. Should you not find

New this Year at the Fall Invitational!
|
Saturday night, after the games, we’re hosting a fun family "tailgater" barbecue at Reddan Soccer Park. Great food, beverages, music, raffles and some soccer-related entertainment. Open to all tournament participants. You’ll have paid for parking, so stay for a fun evening!
All weekend: every participating coach is invited to make use of our Coaches’ Tent, offering complementary beverages, food, and shade. Get out of the sun, relax, refresh, and spend some time with other coaches.

| Game Information |
|
Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of three (3) games. U-10 through U-12 teams will play 25
minute halves, U-13 through U-15 teams will play 30 minute halves, and U-16 through U-19 will play 35
minute halves. Please note: local teams, within 100+ miles of Dane County may play their opening
games on Friday evening. A three-person refereeing system will be used in all U-11 through U19
games and a one-person refereeing system in all U10 games.

| Awards |
|
Individual awards will be given to first and second place winners in the U-11 to U-19 age
divisions. All U-10 participants will receive a participation award.

Manager's Checklist

- Team Application and Entry Fee
- Registration opens March 1st
- Payment must be received by August 14, 2009. Send it to:

- Team Composition
- U9/10 teams can roster at most 12 players. U11/12 teams can roster at most 14 players. U13 and older teams can roster at most 18 players. Please, no exceptions.
- No more than six guest players per team.
- Required Paperwork
- 56ers Official Tournament Roster (See Forms)
- Copy of State Association approved Team Roster.
- Copy of State Association approved Guest Player Roster, if applicable.
- Copies of Wisconsin Release of Liability and Consent for Medical Treatment forms for each player (See Forms).
- Out-of-state teams: USYSA Travel Application form, approved by your state association. A copy of our Tournament Sanction Form may be required to obtain permit. (See Forms)
- U9/U10 teams: if you play in an in-house league you may not have a state roster. Just use the Official Tournament Roster.
The copies you submit will be retained by the tournament and not returned.
- Mail in your Team Paperwork by August 14th.
This year we are offering Express Check-In to teams who mail in the above required paperwork by August 14th, 2009. Send it to:

- Mandatory On-Site Check-In
- Express Check-In: teams that mail in their required paperwork need only their player passes to check in, and can use our express check-in lines. You must check in at least 45 minutes prior to your first game.
- Regular Check-In: bring all required team paperwork and player passes to check-in, and use the full-service check-in line. You must check in at least 90 minutes prior to your first game.
