Madison 56ers Soccer Club is seeking passionate, dedicated coaches to join our coaching staff. As a premier soccer club in the Madison area, Madison 56ers is committed to developing players both on and off the field.

We are looking for coaches who:

Our coaching philosophy is development-first. Coaches build training sessions around structured, individual feedback so players understand not just what to do, but why it matters to their growth. That approach stays consistent across every age group, from our youngest players through our most competitive teams.

Every coach is USSF-certified and licensed, providing intentional, high-level training that develops technical skill, tactical understanding, confidence, and character.
