5th Annual Futsal Tournament 2027
March 13th-14th, 2027
The Madison 56ers host a 5v5 (4 + GK) futsal tournament at our indoor training facility in Oregon, WI for ages U9-U15 boys and girls. Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Entry Fees: U9-U11: $300 and U12-U15: $350. We welcomed over 50 teams in 2026!

11th Annual Spring Cup
April 10th-11th, 2027
The Madison 56ers Soccer Club annual Spring Cup is held at the Woodside Sports Complex in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. With competitive games played on all turf fields, it is a great way to kick off the spring season with 3 guaranteed games in the Wisconsin Dells! Our 2026 event sold out before deadlines, registration for 2027 will open mid December 2026!

Fall Invitational 2027
September 10th-12th, 2027
The 37th Madison 56ers Fall Invite is a great way to kick off your fall season with competitive games for both boys and girls ages U9-U15 and U16-U19 girls. This event will take place at Reddan Soccer Park in Verona, WI. In 2026 we welcomed over 165 team from 36 clubs, we're exited for another great year! The Madison area is a great place to host your teams with many team bonding activities available in close proximity to the venue!
Age Groups & Team Structure
Where Your Player Fits
U9-U10
Boys and girls teams. Introductory competitive tier, focused on foundational technical development and local/regional league play.
U11-U12
Boys and girls teams. Regional level, with increased tactical training and travel for league and tournament play.
U13-U14
Boys and girls teams. State/Regional level, competing against established club programs across Wisconsin and neighboring states.
U15-U16
Boys and girls teams. Premier tier, with a demanding training schedule and exposure to college-recruiting-adjacent competition.
U17-U19
Boys and girls teams. Premier/Elite tier, the club's most advanced rosters, preparing players for the collegiate pathway.
Leagues & Platforms
Where Our Teams Compete
Madison 56ers competitive teams compete across recognized regional and national platforms, giving players consistent exposure to strong competition as part of their development pathway — not the entirety of the club's identity.
Regional League
Weekly league play against clubs across Wisconsin, forming the foundation of each team's competitive season.
National Platform
Select rosters participate in national-level events, giving players exposure to competition beyond the region.
State Cup Pathway
An annual cup pathway where advancing rounds means facing the state's strongest teams at each age group.
Coaching & Competition Level
Coached to Compete
Competitive rosters are led by licensed coaches who run structured training sessions, prepare players for game day, and provide individualized feedback throughout the season. Coaching staff track development against clear benchmarks for each age group and tier.
Competition level on a Madison 56ers competitive team means regular travel, a consistent training schedule, and games against clubs that field similarly prepared rosters. Players should expect a season built around preparation, not casual participation.
